• Why cold brew?

  Cold brewing is a slow and gentle steeping process that results in a smoother, less bitter, and more refreshing iced tea. Our cold brew method allows the tea to release its natural flavors and aromas over a longer period of time, resulting in a delicious and authentic taste that is unmatched.

• How often and when will I receive my subscription box?

  Every month we will ship our boxes out on the 15th of the month.

• If I'm on a monthly plan what day will I be billed on each month?

  We will always bill you on the 23rd of the month.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to make changes to your subscription. That's why we offer a flexible and hassle-free cancellation policy. Simply email support@coolsteeperclub.com and I'll personally take care of it for you. If you're on a one month commitment, you can do it easily through our portal.

• What if I have allergies?

  We take allergies very seriously, and we understand that many people are concerned about the ingredients in the products they consume. That's why we always provide a full list of ingredients for each tea blend in our subscription box. If you have any specific allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend reaching out to us directly. If the allergy is very serious, and related to an ingredient found in tea we do not recommend subscribing at this time.

• Why would I want Iced Tea in the winter?

  If you're here you probably don't need an answer to this question, but... Iced tea is a versatile beverage that can be enjoyed all year round. In the winter, it's a great way to warm up from the inside out and enjoy a refreshing change from hot tea or coffee.

• What if I don't like a certain type of tea?

  We're confident that you'll love the teas in our subscription box, but we understand that taste is subjective, and sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with any of the teas in your box, simply reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible tea experience, and we're always here to help.
